Spiced Pear Smoothie

Spiced Pear Smoothie is a warming and refreshing way to start your day. The pear and baby kale are lovely in combination with ginger, cardamom and a splash of maple syrup. I like to add collagen to this green smoothie because it adds protein and helps strengthen hair, skin and nails.
