As I age, I am more conscience of the need to eat healthy. I came across one of Jesse Lane’s recipes on a website and not only enjoyed the ease of putting it together, but enjoyed the delicious result of Jesse Lane’s creation. Since I LOVE dessert and don’t want to give it up as I continue on my healthy eating/weight loss journey, I purchased Jesse Lane’s Healthy Dairy Free Desserts cookbook. This is not just an amazing cookbook, but an informational guide. I learned the best time to enjoy my dessert, and Jesse provides sugar alternatives with pictures and equivalents so that the transition is easy and convenient. I appreciated the contributions of other holistic nutritionists and their dessert recipes in the book. If you love dessert as much as I do, and want to begin or maintain a healthy way of eating, this dessert cookbook is a valuable asset to anyone’s collection. The food is absolutely amazing and Jesse Lane creates and includes recipes that “accommodate a variety of food allergies, diets, and life choices.” Jesse Lane’s Healthy Dairy Free Desserts are not only DELICIOUS, but healthy for everyone. – Joanne M
Can dessert recipes actually be healthy?
Let’s be serious, dessert is still dessert, but this cookbook contains yummy, dairy free dessert recipes that are so healthy you can enjoy them for breakfast!
They are made using whole food ingredients that nourish your body and leave you feeling light and energized.
The dairy free desserts in this cookbook are also high in fiber, an important nutrient that slows down the release of sugar into the bloodstream. This helps avoid a sugar high, which is inevitably followed by a crash. Fiber basically makes sure your energy levels stay balanced.
In this cookbook, I teach you how to satisfy your sweet tooth without the guilt!
Use my healthy baking substitutes and guide to sugar alternatives to turn your favourite dessert recipes into healthy treats. With this knowledge, you will never have to use refined sugar or flour again!
“I purchased Healthy Dairy Free Desserts because I am trying to eliminate the white flour as well as white and brown sugars, I use in my recipes. For the most part, everything else is pretty healthy. I think the biggest benefit of this cookbook will be that everyone can enjoy my desserts. My daughter and I both have a sensitivity to gluten (which we found out this year), as do more and more of my friends.” – Cathie T

Hello, my name is Jesse Lane and I’m a sugar-a-holic.
Being a sugar fiend runs in my family and I am no exception.
For the longest time, sugar didn’t bother me but, eventually, I started experiencing Candida symptoms. After learning more about Candida, I knew I had to make a change.
I began by decreasing the amount of sugar I was eating and did a Candida cleanse. After I was certain that the yeasty-beasties were under control, I started eating homemade sweets that were made with alternative sweeteners.
I had so much fun creating healthy dairy free desserts that I started writing down the recipes. I’m so excited to share those recipes with you today!Click to purchase the $8 digital copy through Jesse Lane Wellness Click to purchase the $16 paperback on Amazon.com Click to purchase the paperback on Amazon.ca
