Paleo Smoothie Bowl

Paleo Smoothie Bowl is the perfect way to mix up your morning. I love a smoothie, but sometimes it is fun to mix things up and eat them in a bowl decorated with toppings. I like this recipe because it is super filling and high in protein without having to add protein powder. For a thick paleo smoothie bowl, freeze the blueberries and banana first.

Want to jump on the smoothie bandwagon but don’t know where to start?

Recently, smoothies have been all the rage with everyone and their grandma making them in effort to improve their health. The problem is you might be making common smoothie mistakes like forgetting to add protein, fiber, and healthy fats and adding way too much fruit and sugary ingredients.

The Holistic in the City 21 Day Smoothie Guide is perfect for you if you are new to smoothies and want to make delicious breakfasts and snacks that are bursting with nutrients.
