Paleo Smoothie Bowl

Prep time: 5 minutes | Serves 1
- 1.5 cups milk
- 1 cup spinach
- 1.25 cups blueberries, divided
- 1 banana, divided
- 0.25 cups walnuts, divided
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- Place milk, spinach, 1 cup blueberries, ¾ banana, and half of the walnuts in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and decorate with ¼ cup blueberries, ¼ banana, 2 tbsp walnuts and hemp seeds.
