Summer Berry Salad Recipe

(gluten-free, vegan, nut-free, paleo)

Prep time: 5 minutes | Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • ½ cup strawberries, cut into 4
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Zest of ¼ lemon
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup coconut milk* optional

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and gently toss to mix.

NOTE: Strawberries are #1 on the Dirty Dozen list so I highly recommend buying organic strawberries.
