Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Apple Cider Vinaigrette is a delicious and versatile salad dressing that tastes fantastic on just about any salad. The apple cider vinegar is balanced with just enough sweetness from the honey and a little zing from the mustard and garlic. I love to make “clean out the fridge” salads. I chop up all of the random leftover veggies in the fridge and throw them together with this delicious apple cider vinaigrette.

This dressing tastes fantastic over the Spring Salmon Salad by Alexis Nilsen on page 31 of Jesse Lane Wellness Cookbook Healthy Fresh Salads. Healthy Fresh Salads is packed with creative and delicious salad recipes and contains valuable health information.

It explains why it is important to eat the rainbow, nope not Skittles, but a variety of colourful vegetables. It also covers how to properly clean your veggies and talks about Genetically Modified Organisms and why we should avoid them. I also wrote a chapter with tips and tricks on how to buy fresh produce without spending lots of money.
