Cardamom Pear Oatmeal Recipe

vegan, gluten-free, nut-free

Prep time: 2 minutes | Cook time: 10 | Serving size: 1


  • 1/3 cup regular oats
  • 1/2 cup diced pear
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk of choice, I use almond milk
  • ½ tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 scoop marine collagen, 10g
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp chopped pecans


  1. Whisk together oats, pear, cinnamon, cardamom, milk, coconut oil and vanilla in a small pot.
  2. Bring to a boil then cook on medium-low for 8 minutes until desired consistency is reached. Remove from heat and stir in collagen.
  3. Spoon into a bowl and top with maple syrup and pecans.
