Cardamom Pear Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup regular oats
- 1/2 cup diced pear
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup milk of choice, I use almond milk
- ½ tbsp coconut oil
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 scoop marine collagen, 10g
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp chopped pecans
Directions
- Whisk together oats, pear, cinnamon, cardamom, milk, coconut oil and vanilla in a small pot.
- Bring to a boil then cook on medium-low for 8 minutes until desired consistency is reached. Remove from heat and stir in collagen.
- Spoon into a bowl and top with maple syrup and pecans.
