Healthy Canada Day Recipes
Savoury Watermelon Salad
This is the perfect salad to celebrate Canada Day! It is red, white, and super refreshing. The watermelon is hydrating which is perfect for a day spent in the summer sun. The lime adds a great zip and I love the fresh mint.
I’ll be posting the recipe soon so stay tuned.

Red and White Quinoa Salad
This light and tangy salad will wow your friends with its fresh Mediterranean flavours. It lasts a few days in the fridge so you can make it in advance and bring it to a cottage. I used quinoa as the gluten-free base for this dish making it protein-packed so it will keep you and your friends feeling satisfied.
Mini Raw Raspberry Cheesecakes
I love making raw cheesecakes in the summer and this one is perfect for Canada Day. It is made with a chewy gluten-free date and pecan base that is topped with creamy vegan raspberry cashew cream cheese that tastes just like the real thing.
Long weekends are a great time to get together and share yummy food with your friends and family. If you are looking for even more healthy Canada Day recipes, you will love this post I shared a few years ago.
