Date Bliss Bars

The perfect snack to have on hand and so much cheaper than the bars you buy in the store. I like to keep a batch in the freezer so I can grab one or two on the way to yoga. They are easy to digest and will give me energy and keep me full during the class. Adding lots of seeds and nuts to bars is one of the best ways to add protein to snacks.
