Peppermint Coconut Snowballs

Peppermint Coconut Snowballs are the perfect holiday treat. They have a festive combination of peppermint and chocolate and are sweetened with honey. They are super easy to make and can be whipped up in 10 minutes. I like to store Peppermint Coconut Snowballs in the freezer so I always have some on hand for unexpected holiday guests.

Health Benefits of Honey

I love using honey are a natural sugar substitute in my baking because it adds a delicious flavour and texture. Honey is also bursting with health benefits like being:

  • Antibacterial, antimicrobial and antiseptic
  • Perfect for cold and flu season due to vitamin C content
  • High in energy-producing B-vitamins
  • Geat for the skin due to vitamin E content
