Making a chia egg is super easy!
All you have to do is mix 1 Tbsp ground chia seeds with 3 Tbsp warm water and let it sit for a few minutes.
One chia egg can easily be substituted for one regular egg in baking. As an added bonus chia seeds are super healthy and will add clean sweeping fibre and brain boosting omega 3s to your baking. (more…)
