I’m so excited to share with you my High-Energy Meal Plan. Anyone who knows me, knows I have LOTS of energy. It is my part of my natural personality for sure, but a big part comes from my diet. I focus on eating healthy nutrient dense foods that fuel my body.
To keep energized, you need to stay hydrated, make sure you are getting the right balance of micronutrients (vitamins and minerals), keep your blood sugar balanced, and make sure your digestion is working properly.
