My biggest barrier to cooking healthy is that I start out good for a couple of weeks, have a cheat day and then my cheat day turns in a week! I get bored and need more variety in my meals!

Yeah I find cheat days don’t work for a lot of people Tracie. I recommend creating healthier versions of the foods you are craving.

I’m very focused on low carbs for myself but my husband and kid miss pasta and potatoes. Finding variety has been tricky.

My biggest barrier to cooking healthier for my familyis myself. Sometimes I’m just too tired to cook and the convenient options aren’t always the healthiest.

Hi Heather, have you tried to get organic veggies delivered right to your door? That way you always have healthy food on hand.
