Meet Chloe: Our Holistic Assistant & Content Creator
We’re thrilled to introduce the newest member of our team at Jesse Lane Wellness—Chloe! Chloe brings an amazing mix of personal experience, professional expertise, and a whole lot of heart to her role. Her journey from struggling with Crohn’s Disease to becoming a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and Registered Yoga Teacher is truly inspiring. Let’s dive into a fun Q&A to get to know her better!
Q: Can you share a bit about your personal journey and how it has shaped your career?
Chloe: Absolutely! My journey really began when I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease as a teenager. Those were tough years, and I often felt lost and unsupported. Looking back, I realize how much I would have benefited from a nutritionist. This inspired me to pursue a career in nutrition and wellness. My mess has truly become my mission—to help others navigate their digestive struggles and lead their most optimal lives.
Q: You mentioned that focusing on nutrition and mindful movement played a crucial role in your healing. Can you tell us more?
Chloe: Sure! It wasn’t until I started paying close attention to my nutrition and incorporating mindful movement that I began to heal. Nourishing my body and listening to its cues made a huge difference. Combining modern medicine with holistic nutrition has kept me in remission for over a decade. I’m passionate about helping others experience this transformation and find their path to wellness.
Q: What qualifications do you have that support your work in holistic wellness?
Chloe: I’m a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, where I studied everything from anatomy to holistic food preparation. I’m also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). Plus, I’ve got over six years of experience in corporate communications, PR, and social media. It’s been quite a journey, and all these experiences have shaped how I support my clients.
Q: How do you combine your nutrition and yoga expertise in your offerings?
Chloe: My approach is all about integrating nutrition and mindful movement. In my nutritional consultations, we start by understanding and connecting, then move on to rebalancing and repairing the gut, and finally, maintaining and prospering. I offer customized weekly meal plans and a monthly nutrition bundle to support my clients’ needs. For movement, I offer private and group yoga classes, as well as party yoga classes for special events. Each class is designed to soothe the gut and promote overall well-being.
Q: Tell us more about your yoga classes and what makes them unique.
Chloe: My yoga classes are all about soothing the belly and promoting digestion through twists and gentle flows. Yoga is a powerful tool for both physical and mental health. It helps release tension and stress, which can significantly impact digestion. My classes aim to create a nurturing environment where participants can experience both physical movement and mental clarity. Whether it’s a private session or a group class, my goal is to make yoga accessible and beneficial for everyone.
Q: What keeps you motivated to continue your work in holistic wellness?
Chloe: The ripple effect! Helping others move beyond their digestive struggles and improve their overall health creates a positive impact that extends beyond just one person. It’s incredibly fulfilling to see clients gain confidence, feel empowered, and continue their healing journeys with the tools and support they need. Knowing that I’m contributing to their well-being and helping them lead healthier lives keeps me motivated every day.
Q: Any final thoughts or a message you’d like to share with our community?
Chloe: I want everyone to know that they don’t have to navigate their health challenges alone. There are tools, practices, and support available to help you on your journey. I’m here to guide you, whether it’s through nutritional consultations, personalized meal plans, or yoga classes. Together, we can create a path to optimal health and well-being.
