Pumpkin Spice TV Segment on Global News Morning

When it comes to fall flavours, I am absolutely obsessed with everything pumpkin spice, hello PSL! So, you can imagine my excitement when I was invited by Global News Morning to share my all-time favourite Pumpkin Spice Breakfast recipes! The segment originally aired on September 25, 2024, and you can watch the replay here. It was such a fantastic opportunity to showcase the delicious and creative ways that pumpkin spice can be incorporated into breakfast dishes. Get ready to be inspired to add a touch of pumpkin spice to your morning routine!

If you want to learn how to make these recipes, check out my Pumpkin Spice Breakfast Cooking Class. I’ll teach you and your co-workers how to start your day with pumpkin spice and everything nice! Pumpkin Spice Recipes

Coconut Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

This smoothie is rich, and smooth and tastes just like pumpkin pie. It is much easier and faster to make than pumpkin pie, but it still has sweet warming flavours. It is high in protein and fibre so it doesn’t come with a sugar crash. Get the recipe here.

Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte

Everyone gets so excited when the Pumpkin Spices Lattes make their comeback (I’ve already had two this season). They are a yummy drink but they do have some not-so-great ingredients like food colouring, artificial flavouring, preservatives, and so much sugar. The good news is that you can very easily make your very own PLS at home, and it will have healing benefits! I use actual pumpkin puree in this latte, sweetened with maple syrup and of course, the pumpkin pie spice we all love this time of year! Get my PSL recipe here.

Pumpkin Spice Muffins

My favourite breakfast this time of year! The pumpkin keeps them nice and moist and, they are slightly sweetened with maple syrup. A combination of cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg gives these Pumpkin Spice Muffins their warm, autumn-y flavour. I’ll teach you how to make these in my Pumpkin Spice Corporate Cooking Class.

Pumpkin Pie Oats

Pumpkin Pie oats are a filling and delicious way to start a fall day off on the right foot. The pumpkin spices will warm you up from the inside out. Pumpkin Pie Oats are also baby-approved. My baby loves them and keeps asking for more. Get the recipe.
