Last year we got so caught up in gifts on Christmas morning we forgot to eat breakfast and things went downhill quickly, hello hangry sugar-filled children! To remedy this mistake, I created Christmas Morning recipes using my favourite holiday flavour – eggnog. I love sipping eggnog but it is even more fun to incorporate eggnog flavours into baking!

Make my Eggnog Smoothie by blending together:

  • 1.5 cups milk of choice, I like oat milk
  • 1 banana, diced and frozen
  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower
  • 4 medjool dates, pits removed
  • ¼ cup pecans
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch ground cloves
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
