This is one of my favourite science-backed blood sugar balancing tricks! Start your meal with a few bites of veggies, then protein and fat, and save carbs for last. Studies show that this simple change can reduce glucose spikes by up to 75 percent.
3. Move your body after eating.
A short walk after meals helps your muscles use up glucose for energy instead of letting it linger in your bloodstream. Even five to ten minutes makes a big difference!
