For me, fall always feels like a fresh start. The kids are back in school, the air is getting crisp, and pumpkin spice is finally making its return. There’s an energy in the city this time of year. A spark of motivation that inspires us to get organized, set new intentions, and bring a little more balance into our lives. It’s the perfect season to reset routines and nourish your body with wholesome meals. A great time to create healthy habits that can carry you through the colder months ahead. Fall is the perfect season to embrace healthier habits, whether it’s your own personal wellness or bringing health-inspired events to your workplace. Protein Power-Up: Optimize Your Protein Intake
As a Corporate Wellness speaker in Toronto, I designed this offering to help you understand just how vital protein is for your overall health and well-being. When it gets colder and the sun goes down earlier, it can be easy for us to get home from work and just order some takeout. We often forget the way our plates should look. Protein is an integral part of our diets. In this engaging session, I will break down the role it plays in supporting energy, muscle repair, satiety, and so much more.
Together, we will explore what optimal protein intake really looks like and how to make it work for your busy, unique lifestyle. I will offer you a variety of protein-rich foods, from both plant and animal sources, so this is suitable for vegans and vegetarians as well. You will learn practical strategies to easily add more protein into your daily meals and snacks. I will also share some of my favourite protein-packed recipes to inspire you in the kitchen and show you how easy AND delicious hitting those protein goals can be!

Fall Cooking Classes
Each season, I highlight the freshest ingredients, offering interactive sessions to bring workplaces together to learn how to make nutrient-dense meals. Recipes that will keep you going throughout the day instead of needing to reach for that third or fourth cup of coffee. From pumpkin spice to Halloween treats, you do not want to miss these! These cooking classes are offered virtually.
Pumpkin Spice Breakfast
In this Cooking Class, I will teach you how to make both my Pumpkin Spice Muffins and a Coconut Pumpkin Pie Smoothie.
Pumpkin Spice Muffins are a cozy and yummy way to start a crisp fall morning. Warming you up from the inside out with spices like cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. They are easy to make and are filled with nutrient-dense foods like pumpkin, coconut oil, maple syrup and those warming spices mentioned above.
Who needs a Pumpkin Spice Latte when you can make a satisfying, satiating and delicious smoothie with the same flavours! This smoothie is high in fibre, protein and tastes just like pumpkin pie (without all the added sugars). I don’t know about you, but I will definitely be starting my mornings with all these fall flavours!
Healthy Halloween
Back by popular demand, join my Healthy Halloween Cooking Class! I show you how to make adorable Jack-o-Lantern Stuffed Peppers and a Pumpkin Spice White Russian cocktail/mocktail.
These Jack-o-Lantern Stuffed Peppers are such a fun way to incorporate veggies into a typically unhealthy holiday. They offer a burst of Italian flavours and are vegetarian (and can also be made vegan!). Ensuring your little monsters get a nutrient-dense meal before trick or treating can be hard, but I think these adorable peppers will definitely make it easier.
