Bone Health Tips from Nutrition and Wellness Keynote Speaker

As a nutrition and wellness keynote speaker, there are so many things I love about my job! Creating recipes, bringing wellness into the workplace and teaching the next generation of holistic nutritionists. What’s great is, hosting cooking classes allows me to bring a little bit of all of that into one offering. Nutrition and wellness don’t have to be boring, restrictive or complicated. And it doesn’t mean eating only salads and food that tastes like wood chips.

In past cooking classes, I’ve shared original recipes for things like Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp, Spicy Dark Chocolate desserts and Irish Pub Salad, and this time, with a focus on bone health, I’ve got 2 recipes that I know you’ll want to make on repeat long after the summer ends.
