We’ll start by getting all those business ideas out of your head and onto paper! Through guided exercises, you’ll explore your passions, personal experiences, and existing connections to narrow down your options.

You’ll complete the One Year Test, identify the people you already have access to, and create a parking lot for all those other exciting ideas.

Activity 2: Create Your Client Avatar

Now that you’ve chosen your niche, it’s time to get to know your ideal client!

I’ll guide you through the four key areas of creating a client avatar:

• Demographics: Who they are and what their everyday life looks like.
• Mindset & Motivations: Their goals, aspirations, values, and what drives their decisions.
• Pain Points: Their biggest challenges, frustrations, and what keeps them stuck.
• Behaviour & Lifestyle: Their interests, habits, and purchasing decisions (optional).

Your takeaway: A detailed description of your ideal client, including their goals, motivations, and biggest challenges, that you can refer back to whenever you’re creating content, developing an offer, or marketing your services.
