I must add this input only to help you out- for those who don&#039;t want as much sugar (which may be a deterrent) you can halve it and it still turns out great. I did so for my teeth which are in the process of remineralizing. You can always sprinkle more on top after the fact if the flavor is too subtle for those with an insatiable sweet tooth (like I used to have).

One more thing- tapioca powder needs to activate via heat so put the whipped coconut on the stovetop and it&#039;ll be great to serve (note: I only had full-fat coconut milk to use so this step was necessary for a gelatin-like consistency).]]></description>
