Jesse Lane’s enthusiasm for healthy living is contagious and as such, she is excited for the opportunity to partner with JLL Experience Management by offering virtual cooking classes and lunch & learns.
The cooking classes are run through Zoom. They have a capacity of 100 participants but it is preferable to keep the class to 20 participants so attendees feel comfortable sharing video and asking questions. The hour-long Lunch & Learns are taught through Zoom. They have a capacity of 100 participants but it is preferable to keep the class to 30 participants so people feel comfortable asking questions. Classes can run between 10 AM to 6 PM ET.

Lunch & Learns
Jesse Lane Lee is an engaging speaker and shares her knowledge of nutrition and healthy living in an enthusiastic manner. She conducts corporate wellness lunch and learns, wellness workshops, and keynote speeches at events for both large and small groups in Toronto Ontario and virtually.

During the lunch & learn she will explain the many ways in which sugar can be damaging your health.
