Are you suffering from an acute health imbalance? Then my Abundant Wellness program is perfect for you. It will help you develop holistic healthy habits that will nourish your body and give it the tools it needs to bring balance back to your health.

It includes:

  • 1 initial consultation with personalised recommendations
  • 5 follow-up consultations 21 days apart with additional recommendations
  • Meal and recipe ideas unique to your needs
  • Unlimited questions via email for 3 months

 

At the initial meeting we will chat about your health goals, current diet and daily routine. Together we will develop a unique healing protocol that will nourish your body, meet your goals and bring balance to any health issues you are experiencing.  You will leave with healthy habit forming nutrition, supplement and lifestyle recommendations that you can start right away!

 

The 30 minute follow-up appointments are a chance for us to check in with each other and to keep you motivated. We will discuss how you are feeling on the protocol, make changes and add healthy habits that will bring you closer to achieving your health goals. I don’t want to overwhelm you or make our work together a source of stress, so I will slowly build on my recommendations during consecutive follow-up sessions allowing us to create healthy habits that are unique to your needs.
